Fuel lines
|
Before tackling the installation of the fuel lines, I redo the safety wiring of the aileron trim. It looks much neater now. To redo the fuel lines, I changed the method. I was installing the line from the outside. I now I did it from the inside, it worked better. First all the bends below the fuel valve are done, they can be done on the bench. Then the line is installed in the fuselage, the bends after the gear leg support are done using a spring. The tubing is then cut to the minimum length allowing the flaring. Here the right side is done, due to my multiple tries I don't have enough tubing left to do the left side. Working time on this subpart Today : 2h (Total : 157h) |
