The oil filler door installation took some time as there is quite a lot of tweaking to be done. First I made the cuts on the door and on the cowl.



Next I installed the hinge (it's not the standard Vans hinge). I had some problems with that, and it may need a bit more tweaking.
The cutouts for the locks proved also to be less than easy. I'm statidied with the result, but it's not perfect.
