Today I riveted the ribs I had prosealed yesterday it goes like this: uncleco, clean the hole with a deburring tool and acetone, put some proseal in the dimple with a toothpick, put in a rivet and shoot it. As the proseal holding the ribs is already cured the rib stays in position, and as the only uncured proseal is the small amount in the dimple, the work is not messy at all. I noted that some rivets are standing a little proud of the skin, I drilled a few out and replaced them. I will deburr the holes a bit more.
Then I prosealed three other ribs to be riveted tomorrow.
As usual all this finished with a clean-up
