We have found it
It was surely a bit early, already looking for some hangar space when the plane still looks like some bunch of parts in the workshop. But one of my colleagues was moving, freing his hangar space in Nangis (LFAI). Even if its a bit far from home the hangar is small, only four planes which means only one or none to move out of place to access our plane, it also allows for the car to be put inside when travelling. Here is the situation of Nangis on an aeronautical chart:
